Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer with expertise in Core HRMS v9.2+ to develop applications and integrate third-party systems in an enterprise environment.

Required Skills (5 - 7 years PeopleSoft)

PeopleSoft Expertise

• Version 9.2+ development experience in Core HRMS modules
• People Tools 8.55+ proficiency including:
• Integration Broker and web services
• Application packages and AWE
• Fluid user interface development
• Work centers and activity guides
• Pivot grids implementation
• Development Tools: Application Designer, Query Manager, Integration Broker
• Job Scheduling configuration and management

Technical Proficiencies

• Advanced SQL and SQR programming skills
• Oracle SQL database expertise
• Third-party system integration development
• Enterprise-level project delivery experience

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance PeopleSoft Core HRMS applications
• Design and implement integrations with external systems
• Create fluid UI components, work centers, and activity guides
• Develop SQL queries, SQR reports, and database solutions
• Contribute to enterprise-wide system initiatives
• Establish and maintain technical documentation and coding standards
• Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary project teams
• Execute additional assignments as business needs require

Qualifications

• Proven experience with PeopleSoft v9.2+ Core HRMS development
• Demonstrated expertise in People Tools 8.55+ environment
• Track record of successful third-party integration projects
• Experience participating in large-scale enterprise implementations
