Peoplesoft Administrator

Role & responsibilities:

• 5 to 11 years of Strong, Hands-on experience working as PeopleSoft System Administrator for multiple large projects
• Must have experience with PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) (such as Web servers, App servers, Process Schedulers, Database connections, configurations, cache, trace, etc)
• Must have knowledge of PeopleSoft Upgrade methodology, Change Assistant and PUM image concepts
• Must have experience in performing PeopleTools upgrade including PUM and Elastic Search.
• Must have utilized Change Assistant to install updates/fixes, perform upgrades
• Must have utilized PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM) to apply selective application updates.
• Must have experience in PeopleSoft code migrations between environments and database refreshes
• Must have experience in PeopleSoft Security Administration of Permission lists/roles/users and PeopleSoft HCM data security, including row level security (and associated SJT processes), global security, and the underlying incorporation of security tree management
• Should be able to provide expert troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues during upgrades
• Should have experience in planning and documentation of upgrade activities
• Should be ready to work in shifts including night shift and rotational week-end on-call support
• Good communication
