People Service Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring a People Services Specialist to support HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR shared services, employee data management, onboarding, offboarding, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Prepare employment-related documentation and correspondence.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR operational support.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve complex HR issues.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and service level agreements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance employee experience.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations / People Services / HR Shared Services.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management.
• Experience working with HRMS/HR tools.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in global HR operations or shared services environment.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives.
