People Partner

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement people strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives and improve performance management processes.
• Analyze data from reports and dashboards to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of excellence in employee relations.
• Provide guidance on employment laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements :

• 5-7 years of experience as a People Partner or Human Resource Business Partner in an IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of attrition management, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, reporting/dashboards.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like reports/dashboards.
