About this role
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with functional leaders to shape and execute people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Align HR strategies with business objectives to support company growth and scalability.
- Strong Communication Collaboration Skills: The role is expected to engage, influence, and build trust across all levels of the organization and deliver on key business and people related objectives.
- Leads Change Management: Guide teams through organizational changes, fostering adaptability and resilience. Work alongside leaders, coaching them on how to guide their teams through transitions and ensuring communication is clear and timely.
- Data Informed Problem Solving: Leverage data based insights to develop pragmatic solutions for short-term and long-term business challenges. Identify trends and proactively address workforce planning needs.
- Talent Management Workforce Planning: Identify talent needs, succession planning, and career development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Driving Engagement Retention: Design and implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. Foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace. Analyze key workforce trends and prepare talent solutions to improve org effectiveness including identifying high-potential employees and work with the business leaders to develop career plans and provide them with the right opportunities.
- Performance Management: Implement and support performance review cycles, feedback mechanisms, and career growth frameworks.
- Partnerships: Partners with COEs like HR Ops, Talent Management, TA, and Total Rewards teams to deliver different employee programs based on needs and plans.
- Employee Relations: Act as a mediator for conflict resolution, employee concerns, and workplace issues. Ensure fair and transparent resolution of people-related matters.
- Own a masters degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR a plus).
- Acquire 7-8 years of HR experience, with 4-5 years as an HRBP. Experience in Tech or SaaS companies or high-growth startups is preferred.
- Have proven experience partnering with senior leadership and driving organizational change.
- Are Curious, a Good listener, and has strong Consultative and Advisory skills.
- Are a team player with a sense of ownership and Get things done attitude - self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
- Obtain a general knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws in India and global markets, and industry best practices
