Job Description: -

• The Specialist, People Services will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our team by playing a dual role at India level. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and support the team to achieve their objectives effectively

• This role is a key enabler of Grab's India site culture, ensuring smooth operations, strong governance, and impactful people initiatives. The candidate will coordinate cross-functional projects, drive site engagement, and work closely with the site lead to ensure that Grab India remains a thriving workplace aligned with The Grab's core values Support to Country Pops Team Site Coordination & Governance.

• Proactive, accountable, and takes ownership of tasks and initiatives. Strong contributor to team culture through event planning and engagement activities. Effectively manages event execution, feedback collection, and follow-up actions. Quick learner with a positive attitude toward development and continuous improvement. Uses Slack reminders and proactive communication to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder engagement.

• Proactively contributed to employee engagement and culture-building initiatives by organizing events, driving creative ideas, gathering employee feedback, and taking ownership of activities that fostered collaboration, inclusivity, and a positive workplace culture

• You have experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Google suite & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities

Support the Country People Operations team with site coordination and governance activities.

Manage and coordinate employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.

Organize events, gather employee feedback, and implement follow-up actions.

Drive collaboration, inclusivity, and a positive workplace culture.

Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of initiatives.

Use proactive communication and collaboration tools to engage stakeholders effectively.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate accountability in execution.
