Fam is India's first payments app for everyone above 11. FamApp helps make online and offline payments through UPI and FamCard. We are on a mission to raise a new, financially aware generation, and drive 250 million+ young users in India to kickstart their financial journey super early in their life.

On the Job
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with employee documentation, access requests, coordination, and exit formalities to ensure a smooth experience for every team member.
- Database & Tracker Upkeep: Maintain accurate, up-to-date HR records, attendance/leave logs, and internal operation trackers in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Employee Queries: Help address everyday employee queries regarding company policies, leave balances, and documentation.
- Engagement & Events: Assist in planning and executing team celebrations, in-person engagement activities, and cultural events.
- Cross-Functional Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure pending operational tasks are completed on time.
- Process Automation: Spot repetitive, manual tasks in your workflow and explore ways to automate them using AI tools and simple integrations.
- SOP Maintenance: Draft and update process guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep internal documentation fresh.
Must-Haves
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong eye for accuracy in records and data
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong follow-up skills and ownership of tasks from start to finish
- You close loops, meet timelines, and keep things running smoothly without needing reminders.
- Clear and prompt communication skills
Good to Haves
- You've used AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to get work done
- Some exposure to automation tools or an HRMS (Keka or similar)
- Internship experience in HR domain
