Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis:
- Independently design and implement Azure Functions and Logic Apps to automate data workflows.
- Develop and manage Azure Databases, ensuring data quality and security.
- Execute ETL processes, data cleaning, and manipulation to prepare data for analysis.
- Data Visualization Reporting:
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Power Query, and Advanced Excel.
- Utilize Python to automate repetitive tasks and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Effectively present insights and findings to stakeholders.
- Database Management:
- Manage and optimize database systems (DBMS, RDBMS) for efficient data retrieval and storage.
- Design data models using Star and Snowflake schemas to support analytics initiatives.
- Independent Project Management:
- Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience with Azure Database services.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data analytics principles, including ETL, data cleaning, and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with database management systems (DBMS, RDBMS) and data modeling (Star, Snowflake schemas).
- Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Knowledge of data pipeline development.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services.
- Experience with PySpark for big data processing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analysis and engineering roles
