Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 6 to10 years of HR experience with respect to above description.
• Act as culture ambassador, aligning people practices with company values.
• Design and drive D&;I initiatives, awareness programs, and workshops.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and complete employee life cycle.
• Oversee talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Lead employee engagement, branding, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
• Run surveys and feedback sessions, translating insights into action.

• Proven success in D&I and employee engagement programs.

• Excellent communication and people skills.
