The Opportunity Are you an expert at turning workforce data into strategic business moves? We are seeking a senior
People Analytics Partner to bridge the gap between business strategy and data science. Rather than sitting behind a screen building dashboards or writing code, you will act as a high-impact internal consultant. You will collaborate directly with global HR executives, translating their talent challenges into a clear, scalable analytical roadmap that drives real business value.
What You’ll Do
- Consultative Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the strategic face of the People Analytics team, building deep advisory relationships with senior HR leaders.
- Shape the Demand: Take ambiguous business problems regarding talent, retention, or productivity and restructure them into clear, actionable data use cases.
- Drive Analytics Maturity: Coach the organization to move beyond simple, reactive spreadsheet reporting toward predictive insights and smart, automated self-service tools.
- Bridge Strategy and Delivery: Partner closely with data engineering teams and senior analysts to ensure technical products actually solve the business's real-world problems.
- Measure What Matters: Ensure every data solution implemented genuinely improves organizational effectiveness, efficiency, experience, and equity.
Who You Are
- The Strategic Mindset: You have 10-12
years of experience blending HR strategy, data consulting, workforce planning, or organizational analytics.
- The Translator: You possess exceptional data literacy; you can comfortably discuss platforms like Power BI, Workday, SuccessFactors, or Databricks with engineers, but explain the final insights in simple, compelling business language to executives.
- The Matrix Navigator: You thrive in complex, global environments and know how to influence cross-functional teams and align conflicting priorities without direct authority.
- Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, Economics, Data Systems, or a related field.
