People Analytics and Data Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards using Tableau to provide insights on employee engagement, retention, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to improve HR processes.
• Design and implement reporting frameworks for large datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports.
• Provide expert-level support in analyzing complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 15-25 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on analytics or reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau or similar tools for creating interactive visualizations.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
