We are hiring for multiple roles within the UK/US Pension & Retirement domain. Candidates with experience in any of the below areas are encouraged to apply:

• Claim Processing Associate - Claims Processing, Benefit Administration, Pension Operations, Member Services

• Transfer Associate - Pension Transfers, Transfer In/Out, Case Management, Benefits Processing

• Retirement Associate - Retirement Processing, Pension Administration, Benefits Calculation, Member Services

• Bereavement Associate - Bereavement Processing, Death Claims, Benefit Payments, Pension Operations

Domain Expertise Required

• Experience in UK/US Pension, Retirement, Claims Processing, Transfers, Bereavement, Employer Services, Member Services, or Benefits Administration
• Candidates from Property & Casualty (P&C) or Healthcare domains with relevant back-office/process operations experience may also be considered
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Experience in handling process operations, case management, claim processing, validations, calculations, or benefit administration is preferred

Important Note:

• Freshers are not eligible for this opportunity
• Relevant back-office/process operations experience is mandatory

Documents need to carry: ID Proof (Original) & Photocopy, Updated CV, Passport Size Photograph, All Education Documents, All Experience Documents and Xerox copy of EPFO.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree (2 Years to 8 Years) can apply.
• Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)
• Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply
• Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shift (Including night shift)
• Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory
