Penetration Tester / Security Consultant – OSCP 📍

Experience: 4–8 Years Note:- Important Candidate Profile We are

not looking for candidates who only run scanners and report tool-generated findings . Candidates should demonstrate the ability to

think independently, manually validate vulnerabilities, understand attack and defense perspectives, and provide practical recommendations based on business risk .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

Web, API, Network, Infrastructure, and Mobile Penetration Testing .

• Perform manual vulnerability validation, exploitation, privilege escalation, and post-exploitation.
• Support

Red Team and adversary simulation activities.

• Use tools such as

Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus, Wireshark, and Kali Linux .

• Prepare technical reports, risk ratings, business impact, and remediation recommendations.
• Work directly with technical teams and clients on findings and remediation.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of hands-on penetration testing experience.
• OSCP – Mandatory.
• Strong manual testing and exploitation skills.
• Knowledge of

OWASP Top 10, Windows/Linux, Active Directory, networking, and cloud security .

• Strong understanding of privilege escalation and post-exploitation.
• Good client communication and technical reporting skills.
• Consulting or Red Team experience is preferred.
