Position 1: Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) Experience: 5–8 Years Openings: 4
Job Summary. The Pega Senior Systems Architect (SSA) will be an integral member of our Pega Delivery Team within the CSTech. The SSA will play a pivotal, hands-on role in the design, development, and implementation of robust Pega solutions tailored to meet our business objectives - reporting to an Engineering Manager. With 5-8 years of experience and requisite certification, the SSA will take on daily responsibilities to deliver high-quality technical Pega solutions for the CSTech. They will work as part of an Engineering Team, adhering to Pega 'Best Practices' and established 'Ways of Working'. Candidates with recent experience in Pega latest version and a thorough understanding of its architecture and design principles will be preferred. Familiarity with the Pega Customer Service Framework will be an added advantage. The SSA should be adept at navigating complex system requirements and translating them into efficient, scalable, and maintainable Pega applications. Their responsibilities will span the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. Collaborating closely with both business stakeholders and the Pega Delivery Team, the SSA will ensure that crafted solutions align with enterprise standards while addressing specific business challenges. A dedication to best practices, continuous improvement, and mentoring junior team members is vital, as they will be regarded as a pillar of expertise and guidance within the team. They will be expected to guide, coach and mentor junior members in their team. In this dynamic role, the Pega SSA will also be tasked with staying updated on the latest Pega developments, innovations, and industry trends. Their proactive approach will catalyze the team's innovation, ensuring that our Pega solutions not only fulfill current demands but are also geared for future growth and adaptability. Position 2: Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Experience: 8–10 Years Openings: 2
Job Summary. The Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) is certified in the latest version of Pega and boasts expert knowledge in its architecture, design, and implementation. Adept in every phase of software development, they are proficient in technologies spanning from Application Servers and programming languages to diverse databases and integration techniques. Additionally, the LSA has hands-on familiarity with the Pega Customer Service Framework and staunchly follows Pega best practices, guiding others to ensure exemplary delivery. The LSA will be the principal Pega Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contribute to the leadership of cross functional team of Pega and backend engineers. They are entrusted with designing and rolling out Pega applications in line with enterprise standards and overseeing the prompt, superior-quality delivery from their developer contingent. In collaboration with a range of stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, the LSA ensures that the solutions crafted by their team resonate with business goals. As a foundational member of the Pega Development Team, the LSA plays a pivotal role in laying the groundwork for sustained success. This involves contributing to shaping the team and skillfully navigating the complex Pega requirements and challenges within the Business Unit, which is adopting a Pega solution for the first time. They champion knowledge dissemination, stay abreast of Pega technological advances, and guarantee the longevity of their solutions. The LSA is tasked with upholding high quality, well-regulated Pega applications and works in tandem with other delivery units to drive quality, industry best practices, and innovative solutions.
