Pega Lead System Architect ( Pune and Bhubaneshwar )

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with strong hands-on expertise in Pega Constellation to join our team.

Position Details

• Role: Pega Lead System Architect Constellation
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
• Mandatory Certification: Pega LSA Part 1 & Part 2

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Pega applications using Pega Constellation.
• Define scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and mentoring to Pega development teams.
• Design and implement case management solutions, workflows, data models, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust architectural solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Pega best practices, guardrails, security standards, performance benchmarks, and maintainability guidelines.
• Review technical designs, validate solution architecture, and guide development and implementation activities.
• Design and support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, and Pega DX API.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and resolve application performance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with the Pega Platform (PRPC).
• Proven experience designing and implementing applications using Pega Constellation.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, case management, and workflow design.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and DX API integrations.
• Good knowledge of data modeling, application security, performance tuning, and solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of Pega development standards, guardrails, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Part 1 and Part 2 certifications are mandatory.
