1. 3+ years of experience in Pega projects Hands on experience in Pega 7+ features CSSA certification 2. Very good communication skills with regard to the technical aspects of the business Very good English language skills in speaking and writing 3. Experience in leading a team of system architects for delivering different modules in a project. 4. Hands on experience in designing process flows, agents, decision rules and User interfaces. 5. Hands on experience in developing interfaces with protocol like SOAP. JDBC. REST - together with authentication concepts 6. Experience in working in a Pega cloud environment 7. Good knowledge of SDLC best practices 8. Good knowledge of core Java language 9. Good knowledge of RDBMS technologies (Queries. Design, etc.) 10. Good knowledge of at least one Java application server 11. Good knowledge of basic security topics such as SSO, PKI, certificates. SSL, etc. 12. Vast expertise in the areas of implementing Pega BPM based applications, in accordance with design and coding guidelines 13. Expertise in designing and developing Enterprise level components. 14. Ownership of technical solutions and assist in implementation and testing of different solutions 15. Familiar with tools like PAL. DB Trace and guardrail compliance report to ensure scalability and performance of the application. 16. Good knowledge and experience in implementing DevOps concepts in Pega environment. 17. Nice to have - experience working in a regulated environment - preferably life sciences
