Responsibilities:

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
• Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Requirements:

• Complete knowledge of the PEGA process flows and activities.
• Proficient in the UI elements and reporting elements.
• Strong knowledge of the decision management techniques in PEGA.
• Experience in Integration (SOAP, HTTP Connectors and Services), Listeners and Batch Processes and Agents.
• Experience with more than two PEGA frameworks.
• Experience in integration with databases and external systems via SOAP/REST services.
• Thorough hands-on in using tools like Live-UI, Clipboard, and Tracer.
• Understanding of various environments involved and the deployment activities.
• Ability to write unit test cases and execute them per requirements.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

Professional and Technical Skills:

• Experience in Python Development.
• Experience in prompt engineering.
• Experience in application development/system integration.
• Communication should be good and able to handle client calls independently.
• Able to handle pressure situations in the project.
• React, JS/Node.js : Good to have.

Additional Information:

• Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CSSA; Optional: CUIS.
• Overall minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• Certification in Anthropic, AWS, or Google is good to have.
• 15 years full time education.
