Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications using CSA (Customer Service Assistant) framework.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service automation.

Job Requirements :

• 5-11 years of experience in Pega development with a strong understanding of CSA certified skills.
• Proficiency in developing complex rulesets, flows, and interfaces for various business processes.
• Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes effectively.
