Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Pega development.
- Pega CSSA or SSA Certification (mandatory).
- Strong experience in:
- Case Management
- Data modeling
- Decisioning
- Integrations (REST, SOAP, MQ)
- UI (Sections, Harness, Portals)
- Experience with Pega 7.x / 8.x versions.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and security best practices.
