Roles and Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using various tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets industry standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Pega development.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Pega platform and its various components such as Rules Process Commander, Business Process Management, and Data Transformation.
- Experience with at least one of the following skills: KYC, CLM, or CS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
