Immediate Hiring for Pega Developer - KYC & CS Experience

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications using Pega Platform.
• Work extensively on KYC, Customer Onboarding, Client Lifecycle Management, and Customer Service
• Develop Pega case types, workflows, business rules, UI components, data models, and integrations.
• Configure Pega Customer Service (CS)capabilities and customer-facing workflows.
• Implement KYC processes including customer identification, verification, due diligence, risk assessment, and remediation workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsand other integration technologies.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Follow Pega best practices and ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

• Strong hands-on experience in Pega Development.
• KYC experience is mandatory.
• Pega Customer Service (CS) experience is mandatory.
• Experience with Pega Case Management, Workflow, Rules, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, and UI development.
• Strong understanding of Pega integration capabilities, including REST/SOAP services.
• Experience in application development and implementation using Pega Platform.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
