Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications using CSA (Customer Service Associate) framework.
• Integrate Pega with other systems through APIs or other integration methods to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Pega application performance, security, and scalability.

Job Requirements :

• 6.9-13 years of experience in developing Pega applications using CCSA framework.
• Strong understanding of API integration concepts for integrating Pega with other systems.
• Experience working on large-scale projects involving complex technical implementations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting common issues related to Pega application performance, security, and scalability.
