Job Description

TCS is looking for experienced Pega Developers with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade BPM and Case Management solutions using the Pega Platform. The role involves building scalable applications, workflow automation solutions, integrations, and ensuring high-quality delivery across business processes.

Key Skills Required

• Strong experience in Pega PRPC application development

• Hands-on experience in Case Management, Workflow Automation, and Business Process Management (BPM)

• Expertise in Pega Rules, Flows, Flow Actions, Data Pages, Activities, and Decision Rules

• Strong knowledge of Pega Frameworks, Application Design, and Best Practices

• Experience in designing and developing reusable components on the Pega platform

• Hands-on experience in Integrations using REST, SOAP, Connectors, and Services

• Experience in User Interface development using Sections, Harnesses, and Portals

• Strong understanding of Pega Security, Access Groups, Roles, and Privileges

• Experience in Debugging, Performance Tuning, and Application Optimization

• Knowledge of Pega Deployment Manager, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
