Pega Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions using Pega platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain complex business rules and processes within the Pega system.
• Develop test plans, execute tests, and debug issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices for working with Pega tools.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to work collaboratively in an iterative environment.
• Proficiency in Pega development tools such as PRPC, BPMN, Decision Strategies etc. .
• Experience with data modeling techniques for designing scalable databases.
