PEB Detailer

Role & responsibilities

• Drawing Generation: Prepare detailed General Arrangement (GA) drawings, anchor bolt plans, foundation plans, and cross-sections using AutoCAD.
• Fabrication & Shop Drawings: Detail primary built-up members (columns, rafters) and secondary framing elements (Z/C purlins, girts, eave struts, bracings).
• Connection Detailing: Prepare connection details, base plates, splice joints, crane beams, canopies, and fascia supports.
• Sheeting & Accessories: Detail roof and wall sheeting, trim, flashings, gutters, downspouts, and insulation layouts.
• BOM & MTO: Generate accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), Material Take-Offs (MTO), and cutting/nesting lists for production and procurement.
• Coordination: Coordinate closely with design engineers, project managers, and the fabrication/site execution teams to resolve drawing discrepancies and incorporate revisions.
