Designation: PEB Sr. Modeler cum Checker

Work Location: Bangalore

Education: Diploma / B. Tech /B.E Civil Or Mechanical

Experience: 8+ Years

Description:

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Tekla Structures (PEB modeling and Checking modules).
• Understanding of PEB components primary, secondary, bracing, sheeting, trims, and accessories.
• Familiar with PEB standards and detailing workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication and erection processes.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Develop PEB 3D models and generate 2D shop drawings and erection drawings using Tekla and AutoCAD.
• Interpret Engineering Reference Drawings (ERDs) and design data to produce accurate detailing outputs.
• Prepare and organize part drawings, assembly drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Ensure all detailing work adheres to MBMA, AISC, BIS, and company detailing standards.
• Coordinate with checkers and modelers to resolve detailing issues.
• Address comments from QA, checkers, and project engineers in a timely manner.
• Perform self-checking before submission to reduce rework and ensure drawing accuracy.
• Support the team in handling standard and moderately complex building conditions (e.g., canopies, mezzanines, Cranes, extensions, fascias).
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and project teams for clarifications.

MUST REQUIRED SKILLS: Modeling, Editing, Checking in Tekla & CAD
