  1. Conduct Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) of finished Optical Fiber Cable drums
  2. Verify drum details:
  3. Drum Number
  4. Cable Length
  5. Cable Type / Specification
  6. Batch / Lot Number
  7. Check labe ling, marking, and identification of cable drums
  8. Inspect physical condition:
  9. Drum damage / breakage
  10. Cable surface condition
  11. Verify test reports and documents (TRF, QC reports, etc.)
  12. Ensure proper packing quality (wrapping, sealing, protection)
  13. Confirm compliance with customer specifications and dispatch checklist
  14. Identify and report Non-Conformance (NC)
  15. Maintain inspection records and reports
  16. Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and dispatch team
  17. Understanding of inspection and quality processes
  18. Documentation and record-keeping skills
  19. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, etc.)
  20. Good observation and attention to detail
