Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on their equity portfolios and cross-sell relevant third-party financial products.
• Handle Franchisee Equity Advisory and engage with HNI clients to generate brokerage and business through equity calls.
• Drive business development through market analysis, client meetings, training sessions and seminars.
• Manage day-to-day client requirements and coordinate with CSEs for resolving client queries related to trading terminals, software, stock transfers and fund collections.
• Achieve business and brokerage targets and conduct regular performance reviews and joint client meetings.
• Manage client investments and portfolios while providing timely market insights and investment-related guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and franchisee clients.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: 2+ years of experience in the Broking / Securities industry as an Equity Advisor.
• Primary experience should be in generating brokerage through Equity Advisory / Trading.
• Strong understanding of Equity Markets, Stocks, Sectors and overall Market trends.
• Good understanding of Options, Derivatives and Trading Strategies.
• Strong client-handling and relationship management skills.
• Aggressive, target-oriented and passionate about the stock market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Candidates from Insurance, Banking Sales or general financial sales backgrounds without relevant broking/equity advisory experience will not be considered.
