Job Description

• Understanding Clients requirement and accordingly provide service to the RM/Dealer/stake holders
• Strategize engagement plans for inactive customers and activate their account/ updation and modification of details
• Maintaining & keeping track of data, back office / operations related work, processing of data/request received by client through RM/dealer/stake holders
• Interfacing with operation team/Back-office Team
• Have a customer-centric approach and ensure that RM/dealers/stake holders are serviced well
• Will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the process/cases
• Proactive updation to all parties.
