Job Title: PCD Manager

Job Description

1. PCD Business Development

• Identify and appoint new PCD/Franchise partners in territories where we dont have partners.
• Expand the distribution network across regions or states. Evaluate potential partners based on market reach, financial capacity, and reputation.
• Increase market penetration through franchise channels.

2. Sales & Revenue Management

• Develop territory-wise sales plans and growth strategies
• Analyze sales data and market trends to improve performance.
• Monitor franchise performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.

3. Team Leadership & Management

• Implement partner retention and engagement programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing PCD franchise partners.

4. Order & Supply Coordination

• Monitor stock availability and demand forecasting.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to franchise partners.
• Coordinate with supply chain, production, and dispatch teams for order fulfilment.

Qualification

Graduate, preferably with a pharmacy branch (If a Pharma graduate will be an added advantage

Essential / Desirable Attributes / Skills Required:

• EXPERIENCE IN SELLING PHARMA PRODUCTS ON PCD BASIS.
• ABLE TO SCALE UP THE BUSINESS FROM THE CURRENT LEVEL.

Experience

Total Experience, in years: 10 Yrs

Years relevant to the current job: 5 Yrs in Lead Position

Industry/Company Preference, if any: Pharmaceuticals

Total Industry Experience, in years: 15-20 years
