PCD Business Manager

Maya Biotech is expanding its operations by launching a dedicated PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) Division for its ENT & Respiratory product range.

We are looking for an experienced and driven professional who can take complete ownership of this segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the PCD division
• Build and manage a strong distributor network across regions
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
• Handle distributor onboarding, relationship management, and retention
• Plan product positioning and promotional strategies for ENT & Respiratory range
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and supply chain
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in PCD pharma marketing
• Proven track record in building and handling PCD networks
• Strong database of 100+ active distributors
• Good understanding of ENT & Respiratory product segments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership
