Job Description: Electronic PCB Repair Technician

Location: Arumbakkam, Chennai.

Job Type: Full Time

Experience Required: 3 to 6 years in PCB repair

Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and skilled PCB Repair Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and test printed circuit boards (PCBs) for various industrial automation devices such as VFD, HMI, PLC, SMPS and Power Electronics . Youll be working with both analog and digital circuitry, using advanced diagnostic tools and soldering equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose faults in PCBs using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other tools.
• Perform component-level repairs including SMD and through-hole components.
• Rework, reflow, and replace components using hot air and soldering stations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and testing results.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma in ECE.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with PCB diagnostics and repairs.
• Proficient with soldering, desoldering, and rework stations.
• Familiarity with electronic schematics and component datasheets.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in a service center environment.
• Quick problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
