Role: PCB Repair Executive

Location: Mumbai

Desired Profile:

1. Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in PCB repair, electronic equipment maintenance, or the Graphic Arts/Printing Industry.
3. Good understanding of PCB-level troubleshooting, repair techniques, and electronic components.
4. Knowledge of printing equipment, control systems, and electrical assemblies will be an added advantage.
5. Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
7. Ability to provide technical service and support for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
8. Customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair PCBs used in printing and related equipment.
• Perform component-level fault analysis and corrective actions for defective boards.
• Conduct testing and validation of repaired PCBs to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of repair activities, test reports, and service documentation.
• Analyze recurring failures and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with service teams to provide technical support on field-related issues.
• Ensure timely closure of repair jobs as per agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities when required.
• Recommend spare parts and replacement components based on repair requirements.
• Follow established repair procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of testing equipment, tools, and measuring instruments.
• Escalate critical technical issues promptly and follow through until resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the department.
• Support inventory management of repair parts and electronic components.
• Gather and communicate market feedback, customer concerns, and service improvement opportunities.
