About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on PCB Fabricator / Electronics Assembly Technician to join a growing engineering team working on advanced radar, RF and electronic systems.
The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy practical electronics work, PCB assembly, soldering, inspection, rework and prototype development. You will work closely with engineering and RD teams on prototype and low-volume electronic assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform SMT and through-hole (THT) soldering of electronic components.
Assemble and rework analog, digital and RF PCBs.
Inspect PCB assemblies for workmanship, solder quality and component placement.
Perform component replacement, PCB rework and troubleshooting.
Mount RF connectors, shielding cans and other related hardware.
Read and interpret schematics, BOMs and assembly drawings.
Follow ESD, quality and documentation procedures.
Support prototype builds, engineering modifications and debugging activities.
Maintain proper records of assembly and rework activities.
Coordinate with engineers during prototype development and testing.
Required Qualifications Skills
Diploma / ITI or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical, PCB Manufacturing or a related field.
Hands-on experience in PCB assembly and rework is preferred.
Good knowledge of SMT and THT soldering techniques.
Ability to read electronic schematics, BOMs and assembly documentation.
Familiarity with soldering stations, microscopes and basic electronic test instruments.
Understanding of ESD and safe electronics handling practices.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred
Experience working with RF PCBs or electronic prototypes.
Exposure to RD, prototyping or low-volume manufacturing environments.
Fresher candidates with strong practical electronics skills are also encouraged to apply.
