Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced PCB Designer with strong expertise in RF circuit and PCB design. The candidate will be responsible for PCB layout development, design optimization, and ensuring compliance with electrical and mechanical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PCB layouts for RF and microwave electronic circuits.
• Work on schematic capture, component placement, routing, and design rule checks (DRC).
• Ensure signal integrity, impedance matching, grounding, and EMI/EMC considerations in PCB layouts.
• Understand RF circuit requirements and implement appropriate PCB design techniques.
• Coordinate with RF design, hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
• Prepare Gerber files, drill files, BOMs, fabrication drawings, and assembly documentation.
• Review PCB layouts and resolve design-related issues during prototyping and production.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable quality and manufacturing standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or a related field.
• 57 years of experience in PCB design.
• Strong knowledge of RF PCB design is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of multilayer PCBs, controlled impedance, high-frequency layouts, and RF grounding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical drawings.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in RF and microwave hardware design.
• Knowledge of high-speed digital PCB design and mixed-signal layouts.

Understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
