Pcb Design Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Hardware / PCB Design Engineer with hands-on experience in power electronics, battery charging systems, PCB design and hardware development. You will work on our next generation of New Product development, power banks, chargers and battery-powered consumer electronics. You will take hardware designs from concept and schematic through PCB layout, prototyping, Reverse engineering, testing, debugging, validation and production.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware & Circuit Design

• Design electronic circuits for power banks, battery chargers and related power products.
• Develop and review schematics circuit of design product
• Study datasheets and reference designs and convert them into production-ready circuits.

PCB Design & Layout

• Create 2-layer and multilayer PCB layouts for power electronics products.
• Generate complete manufacturing files: Gerber, drill files, pick-and-place files, assembly drawings and BOMs.
• Follow DFM/DFA guidelines and optimize designs for reliable mass production. Prototype & Hardware Debugging
• Support PCB prototype development and assembly.
• Perform PCB bring-up and hardware debugging.
• Test circuits using laboratory equipment

Required Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-3 years of practical experience in hardware and PCB design.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Hands-on experience with power electronics and battery-powered products.
• Experience with Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, Eagle or equivalent PCB design software
• Ability to create schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs and manufacturing files.
• Practical hardware testing and debugging experience
