Role & responsibilities :

Drive Customer Acquisition and Outbound Sourcing

• Source new clients through proactive outreach, community networking, and field leads.
• Open retail accounts including savings, current (CASA), and fixed deposits while completing initial paperwork.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for new accounts and financial product placements.

Manage and Deepen Client Relationships

• Cross-sell financial solutions like credit cards, personal loans, and insurance based on individual client profiles.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account inquiries and ongoing financial guidance.
• Retain existing portfolios by delivering quality service and conducting periodic portfolio reviews
