Acquire new Savings Accounts and Current Accounts through field visits and openmarket sourcing.

• Bring in newtobank customers, including individual and family accounts.
• Conduct daily market visits, prospecting, cold calling, and followups to generate leads.
• Maintain an active sales funnel and daily activity tracker.
• Cross-sell products such as debit cards, credit cards, fixed deposits, insurance, mutual funds, and retail loans.
• Promote digital banking services by activating mobile banking and net banking for new customers.
• Ensure complete KYC compliance and accurate documentation for all new accounts.
• Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account opening and activation.
• Maintain daily sales reports and track acquisition numbers.
• Pure acquisition role: no portfolio management, no relationship deepening, no retention activities.
• Meet monthly CASA acquisition targets through openmarket customer sourcing.
• Approach catchment areas, corporates, residential locations, and highpotential zones for new acquisitions.
• Work closely with branch teams to fulfill leads and support sales activities.
• Suitable for candidates with strong communication skills and field sales experience.
• Open to graduates from any stream.
