Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee retail operations, including cash handling and reconciliation.
  
• Authorize transactions and manage CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposits.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Develop strategies to improve sales growth and reduce costs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
  
• Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
