• The Personal Banker Classic manages and grows the Classic customer portfolio through quality acquisition and relationship deepening.
• The role focuses on crossselling bank products, enhancing wallet share, and ensuring customers consider the bank as their primary banker.
• It requires monitoring customer activity to prevent attrition and activating newly opened accounts.
• Strong customer service, timely complaint resolution, and promotion of digital banking channels are essential.
• The job also involves strict adherence to operational processes, documentation accuracy, and KYC compliance.
