Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) to acquire new clients and grow existing portfolios.
  
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling of banking products such as Current Account, Saving Account, Casa, Retail Liabilities, Branch Banking, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, HNI Sales, Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, Revenue Generation.
  
• Develop strategies to increase revenue generation through effective sales techniques like Key Account Sales and Business Development.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall relationship management.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in retail liabilities or similar role in banking industry.
  
• Strong understanding of branch banking operations and ability to work effectively with branches.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with HNIs.
  
• Proven track record of achieving targets related to client acquisition, revenue generation, etc.
