Roles and Responsibilities

• Authorize transactions, open new accounts, maintain existing ones, and provide excellent customer service at the branch level.
  
• Ensure accurate account opening and maintenance processes adhering to bank policies and procedures.
  
• Manage cash handling responsibilities efficiently during peak hours or special events.
  
• Provide guidance on various banking products such as CASA deposits, NEFT transfers, cheque clearing services (RTGS), etc.
  
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about banking operations to resolve customer queries effectively.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in retail banking operations with expertise in authorization roles.
  
• Strong understanding of branch banking operations including account opening, maintenance, servicing & accounting functions.
  
• Proficiency in using technology-based systems for efficient transaction processing (NEFT/RTGS).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently under pressure during peak hours or special events.
