Payroll Trainee

HR Trainee - Pay roll and Operations

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting payroll operations by assisting in the collection, verification, and processing of employee payroll data. You will work closely with the HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate employee records, payroll inputs, attendance data, and statutory compliance documentation. This internship offers hands-on exposure to payroll administration, HR processes, and employee data management while developing analytical and organizational skills in a professional work environment.

Your job:

• Assist in collecting and validating employee attendance, leave, and payroll-related data
• Support monthly payroll processing activities and ensure data accuracy
• Maintain employee records and payroll documentation and assist in preparing payroll reports, reconciliations, and MIS reports
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and employee queries
• Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESI, PT, and TDS
• Help maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes as required
• Perform other HR and payroll-related administrative tasks assigned by the team

Your qualification:

• 0-1 Years Experience or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of payroll concepts and HR processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications with Good analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with Effective communication and interpersonal skills
