Job Description

Overview
Were seeking a Payroll Test Analyst to support China payroll operations using Dayforce. This role will focus on ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance during system separation activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute payroll test scripts and scenarios within Dayforce
• Validate payroll outputs against China-specific statutory and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with vendors to support payroll system configuration and testing
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and payroll result analysis
• Act as point of contact for payroll-related defects and issue resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT teams
• Support UAT cycles and ensure successful payroll runs post-separation

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Dayforce payroll
• Strong understanding of China payroll laws and compliance requirements
• Experience in payroll testing and validation processes
• Ability to analyze payroll data and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
