Payroll Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage payroll processing, including ESIC, PF, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary payments through various modes.
• Coordinate with the HR team to resolve employee payroll queries.
• Maintain payroll records and provide regular reports to management.
• Resolve complex payroll issues using strong analytical skills.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements :

• 10-25 years of experience in a Payroll & Compliance role within the Hospital/Healthcare industry.
• Possess strong knowledge of ESIC, PF, and Provident Fund regulations.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills for resolving complex payroll issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
• Experience managing payroll processing and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations is required.
