Payroll Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, PF, ESIC, TDS calculation, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages and benefits.
• Maintain records of all payroll transactions and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify areas for improvement in the payroll process and implement changes as needed.

Job Requirements :

• 5-9 years of experience in payroll processing with expertise in Indian tax laws (PF, ESIC) and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of TDS calculation and filing requirements.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
