Payroll Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global payroll function supporting approximately 4,000 colleagues across multiple locations. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing while working closely with the Group Payroll Manager and wider payroll team.

You will be part of a collaborative HR environment where accuracy, service delivery, continuous improvement and stakeholder support are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Must have strong hands-on experience managing Australian payroll.They should possess a solid understanding of:

• Australian payroll processing
• Compliance requirements
• Legislative requirements
• Payroll governance and controls
  
  

primarily manage payroll activities for other regions.Key regions under consideration:

• Middle East (Mandatory)
• UK (Preferred)
  
  

What will help you succeed in this role

• End-to-end processing of multiple payrolls across various jurisdictions.
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Complete all data entry, reconciliations, and audit checks.
• Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and internal departments.
• Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment on employee data and reporting.
• Support with compliance and international payroll regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function.
