Payroll Specialist

HlinkeR Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Payroll Specialist for deployment at our client location in Noida. We are looking for a payroll professional with strong expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, salary calculations, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus, and Gratuity.
• Maintain employee records and payroll documentation.
• Address employee payroll queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare payroll MIS, reports, and management dashboards.
• Handle offer letter issuance and employee onboarding.
• Work on HRMS/payroll software such as greytHR, Zoho, Nitso, or similar platforms.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3-7 years in Payroll, HR Operations & Compliance.
• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and payroll systems.
• Hands-on experience with statutory compliance and payroll processing.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in staffing or consulting organizations will be an added advantage.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, effective coordination, timely query resolution, and ensuring client satisfaction with payroll and HR services.
