What You'll Do at Pega:
- Work with members of the India payroll team to process a monthly payroll of 2,000 + employees in India
- Support India payroll with Compliance and Labor law requirement
- Process Payroll and accounting accrual entries for processed payrolls
- Gain invaluable experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, extremely diverse environment
- Knowledge of International worker regulations is added advantage

What You've Accomplished:
- Has 5 to 8 years proven track record of handling an enterprise level payroll in India
- Experience with India Payroll operations is required
- Based out of Hyderabad location
- Solid understanding of India payroll processes and common Indian tax and compliance issues
- Understanding of accounting practices relating to payroll GL and accruals
- Functional expertise in Excel
- Works well in both team and individual environments
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Established analytical and time management skills
