Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Systems Specialist to join our IT team. The role will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing payroll technology platforms, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and integrations with HR and time management systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in payroll systems administration, SuccessFactors ECP, HRIS integrations, system support, configuration, and troubleshooting, along with knowledge of multi-country payroll processes.

Required Skills:

• 36 years of experience in Payroll Systems Administration / HRIS / Payroll Technology.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and HRIS integrations.
• Knowledge of payroll configuration, support, troubleshooting, and system administration.
• Experience with payroll/time management integrations and APIs.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of SQL/database concepts is an advantage.
• Experience with reporting, data extracts, and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance for India, US, and/or Canada is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
